The challenge. Against the backdrop of the Insurance industry’s biggest European event, FERMA, our client challenged us with 2 things.

1. To host a global partner conference. Making the most of the rare opportunity of 100 global partners being in one city for just 48 hours.

2. Create the ultimate standout evening event for clients attending FERMA.

For the conference, our job was to co-create a slick and dynamic agenda that landed their global strategy and created an opportunity to network in a meaningful way. With the number of people and limited time. Logistical precision was key.

In a sea of competing industry events and receptions – all on at the same time, we needed to make sure our evening reception was the event everyone was talking about. We were going all out to deliver the wow factor.

The Right Speakers

This conference only happens once every two years.

There is a lot to fit in.

We brought in professional MC, Sam Allen as our energetic guide across the 2 days. She was the glue that kept everyone engaged.

We closed with a lighthearted reflection and invited Helen Russell, author of 'The Year of Living Danishly' to end the conference.

Helen's keynote on hygge left partners with a sense of contentment after 2 energising days.

Space for Play

We selected one of Copenhagen's most prestigious design hotels and booked it two years ahead to secure it.

Choosing this venue spoke volumes about the direction of travel for the firm and brought, excitement, energy and creative inspiration to the whole event.

Our minds need rest and play so we created break out spaces with Lego - we were in Denmark after all, the home Lego.


Partners build a representation of what the firm meant to them.

A fun, no-pressure way to explore what brings them together.

We had one job to do. Stand out above the rest. We needed our evening reception to be the one event everyone was talking about.

Our dream location was Copenhagan's world famous amusement park, Tivoli Gardens.

One problem. It was closed for summer.

We called and called and called.
Pulled favours with contacts at the tourist board.
And eventually convinced them to open the doors early. Just for us.

An exclusive experience that wowed our guests.
