Vitality wanted to bring 150 senior leaders together. The ask? Balance strategy with inspiration. Create connection. Spark fresh thinking.

Golden thread

Changing Perspectives was the brief, we built the entire experience around it. A golden thread shaping every decision:

Photography as a metaphor: We used photography to explore perspective, focus and framing in leadership.

Photography masterclass: Portrait photographer John Cartwright delivered a masterclass on photography principles and their relevance to leadership, ending in a portrait challenge.

Cultural immersion: A private viewing of Elton John’s Radical Eye widened perspectives beyond the corporate lens.

Every touchpoint considered: From welcome information in photography wallets, to photography tips in the bedrooms. Changing Perspective was reinforced throughout the entire event.

A closing exhibition: We ended with a surprise exhibit of guests’ own work in The Tate Modern, turning reflection into shared expression.

Iconic venue

We knew the Tate Modern would be the perfect venue for this event. It was showing Elton John’s Radical Eye.

One issue.

They would only grant exclusive access to members. We suggested the client become a member and secured exclusive access for our guests.

We didn’t stop there. We had a vision for a grand finale - where guests would get to see their work displayed in the Tate.

Initially, we were told that this was just for artists, but, we convinced The Tate to allow us to do it. A first for corporate events.

Seeing the guests’ reaction to seeing not only their own work, but what their colleagues had produced, gave us goosebumps – Well worth the negotiation, that moment really did change perspectives.

Seamless journey

With only 24 hours and much to fit in, all logistics had to flow seamlessly. There could be no friction.

Our solution? Riverboat transfers between the hotel and venue.
No traffic or dead time. And allowed guests to see the city from a different perspective.

A carefully paced agenda: high-impact talks in the morning, workshops in the afternoon.

Luggage handled behind the scenes and ready at departure for a smooth, stress-free exit.
