Dilli House

A Moment in Time: The Launch of Dilli House

Why: Product Launch

location: London

industry: Luxury Goods

The challenge:

When Dilli House founder Arpit approached us to help organise his 50-person event, he had the venue and date all booked to launch his new fragrance, Prem Rouge.

What he didn’t have was an event that reflected the soul of his brand.

The brief needed grounding. The brand needed space to speak. And that's where we came in.

What we did

Discovery

Arpit's initial plan, a six-hour evening of workshops ending with a DJ, was full of energy and ambitious but at odds with Dilli House’s ethos of gentle moments and the hum of life. It also didn’t suit a London audience, and the guest list and narrative were still taking shape.

A Discovery Session revealed the story at the heart of the brand. Following a life-changing accident, Arpit had to retrain his brain through scent therapy, sound baths and sensory practices.

Arpit's journey and experiences became the origins of Dilli House.

It was clear that this was a story we needed to tell, and so gentle moments and a reawakening of the senses became the anchors for this event.

Storytelling

We stripped the concept back to its essence and redesigned the evening as a three-hour, gently curated experience.

Guests arrived into a Story Zone of elegant boards tracing the Dilli House journey before moving into a warm, intimate space centred around one long family-style table, an intentional prompt for conversation and connection.

“We arrived as strangers. We left as friends.”

Awaken the Senses

We knew from our Discovery Session that we wanted the evening to be a multi-sensory experience, but one which was also gentle and reflective.

So, to bring the brand to life, we built a sequence of sensory moments:

- Scent balls allowing guests to carry the fragrance on fabric
- A sound bath, honouring Arpit’s own healing practice
- Invitations to reflect and connect with other guests
- A subtle nod to rarity, only 700 bottles ever made, creating a true “moment in time”

The experience was was calm, intentional and deeply human, exactly what Dilli House stands for.

“The most beautiful event I’ve ever been to.”

Deep connection

This wasn’t a 500-person awards ceremony or a global leadership summit.

It was a gentle, intimate launch for 50 guests. Small events still benefit from careful, intentional design, in fact, they need it even more.

Here's how we designed deep, meaningful connection for the Dilli House launch.

- A long table bringing everyone together
- Conversation cards to deepen connection
- Invitations for guests to reflect on their own gentle moments
- A live artist capturing the energy of the room

The result was an evening which though small, felt memorable and meaningful for everyone present.

Impact

“Had I done it myself, it would have been five out of ten. Because of you, it was ten out of ten.”

The launch brought the brand’s story to life in a way that felt authentic, memorable and emotionally resonant, a format Arpit can now repeat as Dilli House grows.

When you have fewer people in the room, every moment counts.
Every choice shapes the story.

If you’re creating a small gathering and want it to land with impact, let's talk. I'd love to build something meaningful together.
